Where is the card accepted?

At 360Fuelcard we offer several different fleet fuel cards for your use. We have a universally accepted card that is good at any fueling site that accepts bank credit cards, and most vehicle service providers. We also partner with petroleum marketers across the US as part of our Preferred Network. If you are in an area that is serviced by one of these marketers you may have access to their card that is co-branded with 360Fuelcard. Call or e-mail us and we will help you choose the fuel management program that is right for you.

Are there any fees?

There are no card or transaction fees on our universal fuel card.

There is a low $1 transaction fee for the OTR card.

Can I get a discount on the fuel I purchase?

We have a network of locations in every state that offer a discount on fuel. As long as the account is current, the discount amount will be taken off your fuel bill at time of invoice.

How do I get my local sites on as a Preferred Network site?

Please let us know if you own sites or have a particular site you would like to be part of the Preferred Network. We will work with them to bring them on-board!

If I use a Preferred Network card does money still go to help the environment?

Yes 360Fuelcard donates 10% of all profits to environmental causes regardless of whose card is used.

Who pays Carbon Fund?

360Fuelcard donates 10% of all profits to environmental causes. We have partnered with Carbon Fund as one of the industry leading non-profits helping the environment.
